Disclaimer: Late submissions are not guaranteed to be accepted. This applies to all submission options and does not constitute approval or acceptance of a late submission. Before purchasing any late items, you must check with the National Office to confirm whether they will be accepted.
Photo Submission Requirements
📸 High-Resolution Photos: All photos must be high resolution (300 DPI) with no watermarks or logos.
📸 Multiple Photos: You may submit multiple photos if you’d like. We will select the best one for your ad design.
⚠️ Photo Tips:

If you have dark hair, we recommend avoiding photos with a black background.

Ensure that all submitted photos are original and uncropped.

Photos must be in either JPEG or PNG format. No PDFs.

For Single Page with two photos and for two-page spreads, we recommend using photos from the same photographer and in the same color scheme. Ideally, submit one full-body shot and one headshot for a cohesive look.

Crown Photos: Photos with your USOA crown may or may not be usable depending on the background. To ensure we have a usable photo, please upload multiple photos as a back up option.
📝 Text Submission: Please triple-check all text before submitting. There is a $25 revision fee for any changes after submission.
✨ Design Notes: We use semi-customizable templated designs to maintain a cohesive and visually appealing program book. We cannot remake ads if you are dissatisfied with the final product.

Monetary Contribution Process for Contestants
We’ve made it simple for your sponsors to contribute directly to your entry fee balance and support your journey online!

Please read the following details about how monetary contributions will be processed:
Notice Regarding Commission Fees for Monetary Contributions
When sponsors make direct monetary contributions online, the following applies:

You will earn 100% of the funds collected that go toward your entry fee balance (i.e., the amount applied directly to cover your entry fee).

For contributions that exceed your entry fee balance, you will earn 75% of the total amount collected after credit card processing fees are deducted.

Ad Page purchases are not subject to this fee structure.

Commissions will not be released until a completed W9 form is submitted. (W-9 forms must be submitted within 90 days following the conclusion of the National Pageant, or the contestant will forfeit all commissions.)
Why Does This Fee Apply?
The reason we charge this small percentage is to cover the time and resources required for managing the accounting, bookkeeping, and tax information involved in processing these contributions. It also ensures that your sponsors' donations go through a legitimate, trusted business, giving them confidence in supporting you.
While you are always welcome to have sponsors contribute directly to you, using this service provides added convenience, structure, and legitimacy.
