CONTESTANT COORDINATORS
Contestant Coordinators are here to serve as an additional resource for AT-LARGE contestants.

If you have a State Director, you are to refer to your director for questions first before reaching out to your divisional coordinator. Although the coordinators are here for all contestants ....They are the Mother Hens for At-Large Titleholders who don't have the guidance and support of a State Director.
Please see below for Guidelines
PLEASE SHOW THEM THE SAME RESPECT YOU WOULD SHOW ME. This means do not ask questions that have been provided to you in the delegate packet, in the FB group or on this page. It is your responsibility to know the information provided to you. I hold all of you to a high standard and have instructed them to refer you back to your resources if you ask a question that the answer has already been provided.
Things to utilize coordinators for
1) General Questions
2) Appearance approvals
3) Graphic Approvals
4) Sponsor Approvals
Coordinators do not handle financials so please do not consult with them or ask questions about submitting payments or your balance.

Notice Regarding Commission Fees for Monetary Contributions
When sponsors make direct monetary contributions online, the following applies:
-
You will earn 100% of the funds collected that go toward your entry fee balance (i.e., the amount applied directly to cover your entry fee).
-
For contributions that exceed your entry fee balance, you will earn 75% of the total amount collected after credit card processing fees are deducted.
-
Ad Page purchases are not subject to this fee structure.
-
Commissions will not be released until a completed W9 form is submitted. (W-9 forms must be submitted within 90 days following the conclusion of the National Pageant, or the contestant will forfeit all commissions.)

Why Does This Fee Apply?

The reason we charge this small percentage is to cover the time and resources required for managing the accounting, bookkeeping, and tax information involved in processing these contributions. It also ensures that your sponsors' donations go through a legitimate, trusted business, giving them confidence in supporting you.

While you are always welcome to have sponsors contribute directly to you, using this service provides added convenience, structure, and legitimacy.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, we’re here to help! 😊
SUBMISSION CHECKLIST
🌟 Hey Everyone! 🌟
We know that every year, as we get closer to the National Pageant, many of you start wondering if you’ve turned everything in and end up flooding our office with requests for verification. While we totally understand the stress (we’ve all been there!), the closer we get to the big event, the harder it becomes for us to manage all those requests.

That said, it’s your responsibility to keep track of your submissions—but don’t worry, we’ve got your back! 💪
🎉 We’re excited to offer you a Pageant Checklist to help you stay organized and on top of everything. 🎉
This checklist will make it easier to track your submissions and ensure you have everything done well ahead of time.
Trust us, staying organized now will save you tons of stress later!
Let’s make this the smoothest pageant prep yet! 💖
