United States of America Pageants - Optional Talent Competition Rules & Regulations
The United States of America Pageants is pleased to present the Optional Talent Competition, open to all four divisions: Teen, Miss, Ms., and Mrs. Participants will have the opportunity to showcase their talent in a professional and supportive environment. Below are the rules and regulations for this competition:

1. Eligibility
The competition is open to all contestants in the Teen, Miss, Ms., and Mrs. divisions.
2. Entry Fee
There is a $250.00 entry fee to participate in the Optional Talent Competition.
3. Performance Time
Each contestant is allowed a maximum of 2 minutes and 30 seconds for their performance. Performances exceeding this time limit will be penalized or disqualified.
4. Music Submission
All music must be submitted via Dropbox in an MP3 file format. Ensure the music is correctly titled with the contestant’s name and division.
All music must be submitted by the specified deadline provided by the pageant organizers.
5. Virtual Preliminaries (if applicable)
If there are over 20 entries, a virtual preliminary round will be held. Contestants will submit recorded video performances, and the top 10 contestants from the preliminaries will compete live during the official event.
If there are 20 or fewer entries, all contestants will compete live during the preliminary competition.
6. Live Performances
All talent performances will take place during the preliminary competition sessions.
No one other than the contestant is allowed on stage during the performance. Contestants must perform solo without assistance from others.
7. Judging and Awards
Winners will be selected based on the overall talent, not segregated by division.
The Top 3 overall winners will receive a cash prize. The prize amount will be determined based on the total number of participants, with the top winner receiving the highest cash prize. * If less than 10 contestants, then only the winner with the highest score will receive a cash award.
8. Performance Restrictions
Talent performances that may increase hotel liability or pose a safety or health hazard (such as archery or fire performances) are not allowed. No gymnastic apparatuses or any equipment that could create a potential safety risk will be allowed.
9. Talent Approval
The director and the hotel management reserve the right to disallow any performance that is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
All routines, costumes, and music must be approved by pageant officials to ensure they meet the event's guidelines and standards.
10. Equipment and Instruments
If a contestant wishes to perform with an instrument, the Contestant must provide their own instruments, unless prior arrangements have been made with the pageant, based on the availability of instruments provided by the venue. Pageant organizers will not provide any instruments for contestants.
11. Additional Rules
Contestants must adhere to all event policies and venue regulations.
Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification from the competition.
By entering the Optional Talent Competition, participants agree to these rules and regulations. We look forward to seeing your talents shine on stage!
