Important Info for Teens:
Teens must select the 2-Night Free Option and be accompanied by an adult.

For those choosing the "2-Night Free" Option:
USOA Pageants will cover the cost of two nights in a private room at the host hotel. The contestant must provide their check-in and check-out dates, and USOA will book the reservation in its entirety. Any additional nights are your financial responsibility and will be paid by the contestant upon arrival.

For those choosing the "4-Night Free" Option:
You will check in on Thursday, March 26th with a shared reservation (with your roommate, arranged by the pageant) and check out on Monday, March 30th.
Note: The "4-Night Free" option is unavailable if your form is submitted after February 13th.
If you plan to stay additional nights before or after the provided accommodation, you must use the Friends and Family booking link to reserve those nights.

Please read to the following terms before proceeding:

Contestant Pairing: Each selected participant will be paired with another contestant for the duration of the 4-night experience. Pairings are final, and no substitutions will be allowed.

Roommate Requests: We accept roommate requests and will do our best to accommodate each request to the best of our ability. However, please note that roommate requests are not guaranteed.

Room Access: For the integrity of the experience, only the selected contestants will be allowed access to their respective rooms. No additional individuals will be permitted in the rooms at any time during the 4-night stay. This includes guests, friends, or any other non-contestants.
