USOA Director DEPOSIT Fee
This fee represents the DEPOSIT FEE, required for participation as a USOA Director. 
For your convenience, this flat fee may be financed through Affirm. When selecting Affirm at checkout, a 7.99% processing fee will be applied by Affirm. Directors may choose to pay this amount in monthly installments for up to 12 months, subject to Affirm’s approval and terms.
