STANDARD APPEARANCE CROWN- Our custom USOA Standard crown is included in your entry fee. This light weight adjustable crown is made with High Quality Zircon Stones, is made with a softer more malleable metal (when dropped will usually bend instead of break, therefore it usually can be molded back into place) is IN STOCK and ready to ship. This crown does NOT come with a warranty and can not be sent in for repairs! In the case of damages, you will need to purchase another crown at your own expense. Replacement Crowns are $125.00 which includes shipping. 
 
PREMIUM APPEARANCE CROWN- Our custom USOA Premium crowns are a $175.00 upgrade and are made in America. This heavy weight adjustable crown is made with Swarovski Crystals, is made of a hard rigid metal frame, is made to order and takes approximately 3-4 weeks.  This crown comes with a warranty and can be sent in for repairs. In the case of damages, you will be responsible for shipping to and from the supplier, but most all repairs will be complimentary.
