Cancellation Policy

1. Required Call-In Procedure All appointments are call-in only and must be initiated by you at the scheduled time. Call 888-430-1437 at your appointment start time. If your call is not immediately answered, leave a voicemail with your full name and appointment time. Our office will return your call as soon as possible. 2. Late Call-In Policy You must call in no later than 5 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 5 minutes late calling in, your appointment will be canceled and you will be required to reschedule. 3. Text Message Communications By scheduling an appointment with USOA Pageants, you agree to opt in to receive text messages from our office regarding your appointment, reminders, updates, and related communications.
