📚 Stitched with Strength: A Vision for the Future
As United States of America’s Teen 2026, Josie is preparing to launch her Stitched with Strength confidence workbook, with plans for nationwide distribution in middle schools beginning in May.
📖 She is also expanding her impact through her upcoming children’s book, Hop, Poppy, Hop!, currently in the illustration phase, designed to inspire confidence and self-love in young readers.

With over 17 years of dedication to supporting Kentucky’s first responders, Karrington’s mission is deeply personal. Coming from a family with three generations of service, she has worked alongside organizations like Supporting Heroes and serves as a spokeswoman for Sound Off! Kentucky.
👩🚒 Through school visits and community outreach, she educates youth on safety, resilience, and the heroes who protect us every day—because she believes it’s never too early to inspire the next generation.

With a background in marketing, public relations, and government affairs, Karrington has spent her career using her voice to advocate, connect, and create meaningful change—from statewide initiatives to one-on-one moments that leave lasting impact.

For over a decade, she has empowered youth and adult women as a writing and leadership instructor and transitional mentor, working within correctional facilities across Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and Kern County.
💫 She believes creative self-expression is a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and personal transformation.

Lauren has dedicated her life to helping others find their voice. Through her work, she creates safe spaces where individuals can heal, grow, and rediscover their purpose—proving that every story has the power to inspire change.

Beyond her community impact, Lauren brings her creativity to the entertainment industry through wardrobe and production design for Tribeca-selected, award-winning independent films.
