For the first time in USOA history, we're opening the door to a brand-new pathway to the 2028 USOA 10th Anniversary National Pageant.

​

USOA Redemption Open Regionals are live, judged competitions exclusively for women who have previously competed in a USOA State or National Pageant.

​

Maybe you competed years ago. Maybe you came close. Maybe life took you in a different direction. Or maybe you've simply wondered what would happen if you had one more opportunity to step onto the USOA stage.

​

This is not a return to the past. This is a new opportunity to compete as the woman you are today.

And this time, you don't need a local title, a state title, a territory, or a campaign.

You simply need to compete.

THE COMPETITION

USOA Redemption Open Regionals are designed to showcase the complete woman through four areas of competition:

INTERVIEW

A personal, engaging opportunity to connect with the judges and demonstrate your communication skills, personality, confidence, authenticity, and ability to represent the USOA brand.

​

FITNESS

A celebration of confidence, health, strength, and personal wellness. Contestants will be evaluated on overall presentation, confidence, poise, and stage presence.

​

EVENING GOWN

An opportunity to showcase elegance, sophistication, confidence, and the ability to command the stage.

​

ONSTAGE QUESTION

A chance to demonstrate your ability to think quickly, communicate effectively, and share your perspective with confidence and authenticity.

​

There is no AIS (Ambassador Impact Score) in Redemption.

​

This competition is about what happens on the competition stage.

​

NO LOCAL TITLE REQUIRED

Unlike the traditional USOA State Pageant pathway, Redemption contestants do not need to hold or represent a local title leading up to the Open Regional Competition.

​

There is:

• No local title requirement

• No territory requirement

• No requirement to represent a specific city or local area

• No requirement to build a local campaign

• No required local appearances leading up to the competition

​

You are entering as you—a woman with a history in USOA who is ready for a new opportunity.

​

OPEN REGIONALS — CHOOSE YOUR OPPORTUNITY

​

These are OPEN REGIONAL COMPETITIONS.

You are not required to live in the region where you compete.

You may choose the regional competition that works best for you based on your schedule, travel plans, and availability.

And yes—you may compete in more than one Open Regional.

​

Each competition is a separate entry and a separate opportunity to compete.

​

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

USOA Redemption is exclusively open to women who have previously competed in a USOA State or USOA National Pageant.

​

That's it.

You do not need to have won a state title.

You do not need to currently hold a USOA title.

You do not need to live in the region where you compete.

​

You simply need to have previously competed in a USOA State or National Pageant and meet the age and division eligibility requirements for the division in which you wish to compete.

Your eligibility is based on who you are today.

​

That means contestants may compete in the division for which they are currently eligible, even if they previously competed in a different USOA division.

​

You may have first stepped onto the USOA stage as a Teen. You may now return as a Miss, Ms., or Mrs.

Your USOA story evolves with you.

​

ENTRY FEE: $595

​

The USOA Redemption Open Regional Competition entry fee is a significantly reduced entry opportunity compared to the standard $2,750 USOA National Pageant entry fee, while still providing contestants with a full, live, judged pageant experience.

​

No AD Page is required.

You will not be required to purchase or submit an advertising page as part of your Redemption entry.

​

WHAT MAKES REDEMPTION DIFFERENT?

NO AIS

Your Ambassador Impact Score does not apply to Redemption.

​

NO LOCAL TITLE

You do not need to hold a local title or promote a local title before competing.

​

NO TERRITORY REQUIREMENT

You are not restricted to competing based on where you live.

​

NO AD PAGE

There is no required advertising page purchase.

​

NO CAMPAIGN REQUIREMENT

You are not required to build a local campaign or complete a specific number of appearances before the competition.

MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES

Eligible contestants may enter more than one Open Regional Competition.

A REAL COMPETITION

This isn't a popularity contest or an online pay-to-play opportunity. Redemption is a live, judged competition designed to determine who has what it takes to earn a place on the 2028 national stage.

​

THE PRIZE

The ultimate prize is the opportunity to earn your way to the 2028 USOA 10th Anniversary National Pageant.

Successful contestants will earn a USOA Regional title and FULL SCHOLARSHIP to compete at the historic 10th Anniversary National Pageant.

​

Regional titles will be awarded by division based on the official competition structure and number of eligible contestants.

​

You don't buy your way back to Nationals.

You earn it.
